He has some of the most famous and powerful social media Influencers to create content at what’s now known as Bijan’s Legacy House Studios.
Setting the Vision for the Location
Bijan is known for allowing the universe to work in alignment with you for what you want. He’s a big believer in setting the intention and powerfully making the decision on what he wants in his life. Part of making the decision is to be incredibly clear on what it is you want.
Declare it to be so. Commit to your decision. One of Bijan’s powerful affirmations is “Anything I decide upon always comes true”. This is THE way to rewire your brain to believe in yourself and what you’re creating.. The result is confidence not cockiness.
Once you make the decision, the strategy usually ends up finding a way.
Making the Place Unique
You can’t compete in Hollywood if your product or service isn’t up to par to whatever is already available. Bijan knew that if he wanted to make his personal $10M mansion a place where creatives can come and produce, he had to make it unique.
One of the things Bijan did was create a professional production studio with 40 foot Cyc wall, Green Screen, Vanity Mirrors, Rehearsal Space, Lounge furniture for castings and Ad agency editors. He hired a construction company to create the cyc wall for photoshoots & videos that has all of the lighting and camera equipment that any production company will need.
Bijan put in a recording studio and vocal booth for artists to record music while at the Legacy House. Also Bijan put large mirrors for dance artists and choreographers to practice and perform while at the location.
The 1st floor is mainly for people looking to utilize the movie theater, the 2nd floor is for rooms, the 3rd floor is for the private gym and the 4th floor is for photoshoots music videos & private events since it has the hot tub, swimming pool and large area for entertaining.
Launching Bijan’s Legacy Mansion
The hardest part about having a great place for people to come is making it known to the public. You can be great but if no one knows who you are, good luck booking your place. The way Bijan went about it was genius. He did a month of free advertising where event bookers, managers, models, photographers could come to the house and utilize it for what they needed as long as they made it known where they were at.
By allowing and opening up his doors to private client bookers – he spread the word by having high level Influencers spread the word.
This quickly helped Bijan make his house a massive place to be for any A list Influencer and A list celebrity.
Now he hosts photoshoots & events for some of biggest brands regularly. Just recently he hosted the Red Nose Charity event where celebrities like Jack Black & The Avengers cast were guests doing an entire live stream, raising money for the charity to end child hunger.
