Most teens when they reach the age of 18 fall into the dilemma of what they want to do with their lives. But for the 18-year old musician, known as Insyde, his love of music has been clear since day one.
The young musician, who also owns his own music label titled Shoelace Records, has his mind set on making his mark in the music industry.
Insyde focuses on making music that people can relate to, meaningful music, unlike what is on replay on the radio. His passion for music started out when he was younger, but he did not try to pursue his dreams until 2016. In 2016, he found a website that would let him make his own beats.
A year later, he realized he could do a lot more than make beats. This is when he decided to get into making full songs, with vocals and everything. Quickly after he released it, his views skyrocketed.
By the end of the first week it had over 400,000 plays on SoundCloud, which pushed it up on the new & hot chart on the platform. Today, has been streamed over two million times.
Insyde always felt inspired by music.
Hearing success stories of small artists going global and becoming major players in the music industry, is what inspires Insyde to always keep going.
For Insyde, his biggest challenge when getting into the industry was research. Researching all about the industry, how it works, and the habits and processes of the most influential people in the industry.
Currently, the music artist is currenting working on an album that is set to be released in December of 2019. He hopes this album will speak to people, spurring them on to make the right decisions and believe in themselves. He hopes it will help them know they aren’t the only people going through tough times. And when times get tough, Insyde’s music will always be there to motivate to always keep going.
