We talked to Lazaro Martinez, popularly known by his stage name, Lazaris the Top Don and he is the perfect example of talent and hard work. The New York based rapper has Puerto Rican and Cuban roots giving him a unique style in his art. He is the nephew of salsa legend Arscenio Rodriguez who was the first Don father of salsa. That puts him in the royal family bloodline of Dons and is considered part of a musical dynasty.
Lazaris just realized his project dubbed “SVCCESS” and is currently working on 7 new visuals for the current project. At the same time he has two other singles coming out. Lazaris is not short of projects. He is co-producing two of his new artists whom he will be revealing to the world soon.
We had to ask Lazaris what his secret to working hard so consistently is and how to prevent a burn out. Here is what he had to say:

In order to achieve greatness in the entertainment industry and any other, you must be the hardest working person in your organization. But at the same time you need to know how to take advantage of the little fun moments in your work life.
This will help when you need to recharge yourself for fresh thoughts on how to remarket yourself as a brand and business. The small moment will give you a break from the hustle and troubles of life even if it is for a brief moment of time.
Know when to take a break
It is a known fact that part of being successful is knowing when to take a break. It is literally impossible to work non-stop forever. At some point, whether voluntary or involuntary, you will have to stop.
