It doesn’t take much for one to notice Rudolph Pean when he walks in the room; his energy is contagious.
It’s no wonder his followers in the finance arena, who call him “Rudy” for short understand that the only way that companies, such as his; RCJ Multiservices, is having people behind them that have the drive to always keep going, no matter what happens in the process.
“Mentality is everything to start your own business. Entrepreneurs and businessmen should read books in the industry in which they work, attend seminars and stay updated on new advances in technology. Cultivating a growing mentality, I think is the most vital thing an entrepreneur can do to help him achieve massive success,”he said.
Apart from being an entrepreneur in constant growth, Mr. Pean has dedicated these last years to educating his clients so that they can grow financially as he did.
“The best advice I would give to someone trying to start a business would be 3 simple things. First, find a mentor. Second, be exposed on social networks and always be talking about your brand. Lastly, start something that you will enjoy and have fun doing it,” he shared.
“I feel like most of the people who start a business, it is to make a profit. If one focuses on helping as many people as possible, the money will always come.” he added.
On the other hand, Mr. Pean has also confessed that fear does not mean anything to him, since once fear is removed from the equation, success is found. However, not everything is perfect, and like all people, Mr. Pean has had his down moments and failures that have made him who he is today.
“What got me into this industry were my own failures. At an early age I made bad financial decisions with my credit card, which caused my credit score to plummet. I was never educated in school about how credits or taxes worked. Being so eager to learn and teach, I ended up falling in love with taxes and how credit is calculated. I take pride in the service I offer my clients and I focus on educating them about new laws and tax credits, “he said.
Today, Rudy Peans continues to serve clients across the country. And he continues doing so, he remind them that, no matter where they are in life, it’s never too late to make a change and grow in the process.
