What is your backstory?
My dad taught me how to make money at a very young age while I was working with him. I took all the principles he taught and I started making money independently since I was 10, mowing neighbors lawns front and back for $10, changing their air conditioning filters, and selling food out of my locker in high school. My first real business was at 19 years old which was a printing business, where I met my mentor who taught me how to think outside the box and to focus on “blue ocean” business. Together we opened a psychic business, a pet product, a medical company and a major travel business which has then been sold.
Share with us some prior successes/ challenges/ and major responsibilities
To me I imagine my first success was my printing business where I never was late on my rent, paying employees, or the lights were shut off. However, because of the strategies that we came up with during the success of my travel business I would say a challenge I had that was very difficult was that no credit card processing company could handle my business. Every processing company we had spoke to would only guarantee us $250,000 a month when we were doing that in 5 days. We were even buying local businesses to run credit cards out of their machines to try to make money. All of them were shut down.
Tell us about a time you almost gave up, how you felt about that? what you did instead?
At 25 years old I was on top of the world. I had a 4.4 million dollar house in Hollywood hills, 3 foreign cars in the garage, and I felt untouchable. Every single investment I’ve ever made was a success, until one. I was scammed out of almost one million dollars , and it took such a toll on me mentally I decided to move closer to a city in which I called home and closer to my parents. I was humbled so much I downsized my life completely . It took several years to get vengeful thoughts out of my head, but instead I thought “now I have more to prove”. I went back to doing what I do best, network and filling needs for companies. I spent a lot of time in Hollywood where I met marketing giants, athletes, celebrities and social media influencers. If there was one thing I knew, was how to broker deals and create exposure. That’s exactly what I did and now I own a massive marketing company and work campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the world
