There aren’t many businesses that succeed without hard work…
In fact, I can’t think of any that has. From small Mom and Pop stores to business behemoths like Apple, the most predominant theme in successful companies is always about the time and effort put into the business itself. I found one outstanding example of someone who outworks all of his competition, his name is Nicholas Kirchner.
Nicholas is a 21-year-old Facebook marketer who has had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the business world. His agency, Pixsuls, has been personally recommended by Tai Lopez as the go-to for Facebook Advertising.
I sat down with Nicholas to find out just what it took to get his agency to the level it’s at right now. Here is what he had to say:
Tell me about your journey, how did you get here?
“I started my entrepreneurial journey when I was 15 years old, I would go to estate sales to find antiques I could flip for a profit. This eventually lead to online business,” Nicholas explained.
“I tried things like e-commerce, e-book publishing, and FOREX trading which peaked my interest in the opportunities available with an online business. Eventually, I went off to college where I often skipped classes to read business books and try out the things I was learning. I read over 400 books my first year of college, dropping out once that year was finished.”
What did you do after dropping out?
“I launched my business and started working a sales job to pay the bills, I would work my job during the day and build my business at night. I spent a college tuition paying for mentors and courses to get a good foothold in my market. From there it was countless hours of studying my competition, trial and error, and sleepless nights working 12-16 hour days. This is what would eventually lead my business to where it is now.”
What got you into Facebook Advertising?
“I gained a lot of internet marketing experience from the smaller ventures I started in college. It was natural for me to start providing sales funnels and digital advertising to local and online businesses around me.”
How long have you been building Pixsuls?
“It’s been two years, and we have already produced multiple 7 figure returns for our clients and we aren’t slowing down anytime soon! This is just the beginning of what we will accomplish in the near future.”
Any advice for someone starting out in business?
“Take advice, but take it carefully and with a grain of salt. Just because someone is more experienced than you in business, doesn’t mean they have the best answer for your company. Why? Because they don’t have context, they don’t know the day to day of your operation, your vision, strategies, and tactics. It’s very easy for someone to have opinions when they don’t have all of the information.”
This is something I can agree with one hundred percent, I’ve experienced this with my own businesses many times. You will likely see Nicholas on the Forbes list soon so be sure to keep an eye out. Keep working hard and you just might join him someday.
Remember, where you are today does not determine where you will end up so long as you always strive to be better. This has been prevalent in business since the beginning of capitalism. Anyone can be like Nicholas, all it takes is the willingness to outwork everyone around you.
