Costa Rica-based coach Rick William has one goal in mind each morning – to improve the lives of those around him. William is an entrepreneur and a purpose coach who helps individuals find emotional freedom. He helps his clients through a holistic coaching approach that includes somatic experiencing, breathwork, neurofeedback, trauma informed therapy, plant medicine integration, along with other tools to help them release their emotional blockages and find their purpose.
After entrepreneur Rick William built a thriving business, he started longing for more depth and fulfilment in his life. That’s when he came to the realization that being of service to others is one of the most powerful callings to answer. To find a sense of inner peace and purpose, William embarked on a spiritual journey and his awakening helped him see life from a different lens. He understood the value of human connection and decided to help individuals seeking freedom from their emotional pain, live a fulfilling life.
Purpose and emotional freedom coach Rick William facilitates groups and individual coaching sessions to help his clients end their emotional suffering from the core in order to create the life they want to experience. His mission is to help more and more people live an emotionally free and meaningful life. As an entrepreneur, William understands the pressure, responsibilities, and stress leaders experience. Most of William’s clients consist of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executives. He says that the individuals he works with have immense talent, but they are looking for more fulfilment and self mastery.
William shares, “In a nutshell, I help people get unstuck in their lives and connect them more intimately to themselves so they can show up and experience a fully expressed life.”
Many of us receive inspiration from the people in our lives that we look up to. When asked about who inspired him to do the work he does and show up everyday for his clients, William shared “There are so many people. Sometimes I’m inspired by my teachers, mentors, other times by my friends, or even a random stranger I meet. Life is the real teacher so I am always receptive and open to whoever needs to show up to show me what I need to learn.”
