Before she became a Chief Officer of a $22B retailer, before she became one of Colorado’s Most Powerful and Influential Women, before she became the youngest female to join two public boards—there was just Jennifer. A single mom working day and night through different entry level jobs, all while attending night school to obtain her degree.
Then she joined a company at a VP Marketing status and they hired her a Leadership Coach. Then she built 50+ person teams back-to-back-to-back and lead them with the new knowledge she had just learned from her coach. Once she was asked to coach her team members, her passion for Leadership Coaching was born.
She quickly realized the dramatic impact her clients’ health had on their ability to lead effectively and to feel truly fulfilled. This was what pushed DiMotta to create her own category, Leadership Wellness, which uses a blend of leadership growth and health coaching to push women toward their goals. She found a rational yet not-so obvious relationship between the two teachings and has used this pairing in order to give her students a practical way of excelling in more than these two areas of their life.
