Chris’s journey began as an online coach. He now does digital consulting/coaching for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their social presence and take their brand to the next level. In his spare time, he does one on one coaching and empowers his followers and clients.
What has made Chris unique is that he is an incredible relationship builder which is what has led him to where he is today. His main goal is always to build relationships.
“Everytime I encounter a new person I look for what’s in it for them. I think in terms of how I can help them, how can I add value, how can I help them get one step closer to their goals and successfully get them what they want. When you really focus on building a long term relationship with full transparency and authenticity, you don’t have to worry about getting something out of it. Synergy will be created naturally and something magical will spark up,” he says.
What inspired him to get into this business was that he discovered that he had a calling for inspiring others and helping them grow.
“I figured the only way I would be able to influence and reach the masses was to create a strong enough brand and social presence that would reach millions of people,” he states.
So this meant Chris would have to self-educate himself on digital marketing, branding, Instagram growth in order to be able to create massive impact and create opportunities for many others.
Chris is able to set himself apart from the competition because before he talks business, he looks to build a relationship first.
“I can add a ton of value in ways that many others can’t because I have a vast network of millions and have established elite connections filled with many successful entrepreneurs,” he emphasizes.
He believes that everything in life is about having the right mindset, and this is especially true when starting a business.
“If you can master your thoughts you can master your life and begin to create your own reality. A mindset of a winner, where you either win or you learn, but you won’t ever lose. Having discipline will take you far because you will have to be very consistent and be willing to sacrifice a lot in the beginning,” he says.
His same advice goes for fear. Chris believes if you are able to master your fears, and realize that fear is just an illusion, you will immediately start capitalizing on more opportunities and accomplishing things much more quickly.
His advice to anyone who is trying to start their business is to make sure that whatever industry they want to be in, to make sure they are striving to be the best.
“Today’s business world is highly competitive so you need to make sure you a leader in your industry,” he shares.
Chris has always had a passion for bringing out the best in people and helping them grow, but that wasn’t enough for him. When he started The Chris Diaz Agency, he did so in order to not only help others grow, but also to help grow their business.
