Being a naturally competitive individual, Julian has been able to create two agencies in his name. He just opened a new agency in Dallas, Texas as an addition to the one in Virginia Beach VA. He is the owner of two food trucks in Virginia Beach, which enabled him to distribute free meals to Sentara hospital’s employees during the pandemic. This shows the selfless part of Julian. His hunger to become successful keeps driving him to create enterprises, with the CBD brand named iCanna Premier being in progress. He hopes to invest in the marijuana industry sometime in the future. Julian’s value proposition with his CBD brand is to catalyze the creation of many more businesses.
Julian isn’t a regular entrepreneur like every other because of his swift response to find investors to invest in his business ideas. This has brought him notable success, which could have been impossible if he hadn’t taken the right steps. Julian’s success story isn’t a walkover as there were significant unfavorable occurrences that changed his life. Julian had days that he was broke and in pain that he felt like quitting. But he doesn’t believe in quitting, which helped him to keep his hope alive. Because you don’t have it at the moment doesn’t mean your story won’t change for good, he says. The major catalyst that kept him going was those people that looked down on him.
Many people never believed in Julian, He had many people tell him, no and they doubted he could ever come up with anything good. Julian had a series of jobs that didn’t go as planned for him. Realizing that working for people would not get him to the top, he took a giant step to venture into the insurance industry. A point worth learning from Julian’s effort is his resilience and push to make a positive mark in life: he has this burning desire that no one else sees in him. He got his purpose right, and he took the risk involved because he was always sure of the outcomes. He made the outcome no matter how scary it may seem. However, Julian believes he has become better with his decision-making, and his focus has improved his thinking. Julian’s parents are in real estate and own land in rural virginia. After speaking with his parents about growing on their property they said, yes. The farm will be known as iCanna Farms, an extension of iCanna Premier CBD. We should start our first growth in 2022 sometime and grow THC once it is legalized in Virginia.
He’s never tired of contributing to people’s life positively regardless of what they do in life. He believes in the creation of a perfect world where you assist the needy not just by giving money but through motivation and utmost assistance.
