Background
In the fast, fluid culture of E-Commerce, competition becomes an analytics tool. Therefore, the full-time nature of managing a brand is stressful. It’s completely normal to have roadblocks. In other words, expecting to jump into becoming a full-time business owner without work experience is delusional. Before she became a thriving female entrepreneur, Natalia gained real-life experience from working at Chik-Fil-A & The Hilton Inn. However, Natalia’s transition into running an independent business was her renaissance. Yearning for something more. Craving a more fulfilling way to indulge and pass her time. Cumulatively, years of insight and experience from the food and hospitality industries shaped Natalia into the thriving entrepreneur she is today.
Her Vision
As notification pings alert us of news & business, it’s easy to forget that your phone is work, not play. Simply, this is the single most telling factor that separates a seller from a consumer. Natalia‘s initiative goes deeper than skincare; a desire to extend and scale her product while staying independent proves her diligence and dedication.
Natalia’s vision is in a road of her own. To clarify, her advanced skill of networking came from real-world experience. The confidence in every DM. The tact and precision of her Facebook ads. Her mission statement aligns with the long-term, omnipresent million dollar businesses of today. Above all, to provide A+ customer service, brand consistency, and love into each of her products.
Ethics of a Self-Made Entrepreneur
Her business ethics keep her business active and enticing to her growing audience. When I spoke with her, she unveiled fundamentals that she embraced to improve her sales, analytics, and website traffic at an optimal rate.
1. Communicate Quickly and Thoroughly
As you experiment with trial and error in your business, you’ll find that certain variables never change. Foremost, it is key to address that without fast, comprehensive chat with your customers and friends, it is very difficult to succeed. Stay on top of what matters!
2. Fulfill Orders in a Timely Manner
Look, we’ve all been guilty of backloading an assignment in the past. Whether you procrastinated to finish something, we’ve all made mistakes. In other words, to simply let it hang idle for too long, opportunities pass by as rapid as they appear, it seems. When tasked with fulfilling orders, Natalia’s take on this was “Do it early, do it accurately!” Let this be a lesson for all: slacking ruins reputation and spoils momentum. Treat yourself! Stay on top of your work!
3. Provide Refund (Avoid Any Altercation)
Again, this one should be obvious. Mistakes are impossible to avoid. After all, we’re only human. As entrepreneurs, we should own up to our mistakes with our friends, in-person and online. Do not fear disappointing people, instead, make it your mission to fix situations before they are spoiled. An unhappy customer is not the end of the world, but a negative review leaves an ugly scar on the imprint of your business’ outlook. Be real with your customers!

No matter what you’re selling, the value of ethics in business practice is crucial to reach your desired audience. There’s no such thing as a bad idea, rather, the reality of poor execution. You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to learn from Natalia’s core values. Perhaps, the qualities of timeliness and communication are indeed timeless. Most importantly, what Natalia and I agreed on was having a true love for your work. In conclusion, Natalia’s quest as a female entrepreneur is truly something that fulfills her. The anxiety relief and new confidence her buyers feel after using her products are the results that inspire her on a daily basis to continue her journey.
