Tell us about LUX PROPERTIES. How did you come up with this idea?
Chase McAnear : I cam up with Lux Properties because its short for Luxury and it is also very easily marketable along with self explanatory for the business I am in.
How did you promote your company in the early days?
Chase McAnear : Word of mouth, facebook and instagram.
How have you been able to grow your business? Go specific.
Chase McAnear : I’ve grown my business by branding and building other businesses that play off of one another. I noticed some real estate clients needing other things business related, so I made companies to fulfill there wishes. All my companies grow each other.
What are some secrets to virality/sales in your most successful platform (Fb, Twitter, IG, Snap, Ecommerce, etc)?
Chase McAnear : Instagram has really allowed me to constantly remind people what I am doing. I’ve increased my following dramatically and rapidly. Instagram and facebook, I have to give a lot of credit to those entities.
Teach us something we don’t know about {internet marketing, social media ads, fundraising, volunteering, yoga, sales funnels or another topic you pick?
Chase McAnear : I have noticed the shorter and more attractive an ad can be, the more effective. People don’t like long videos, keep it short and sweet.
What do you think you do better than most people? How are you able to do it?
Chase McAnear : Consistency. Everything I start, I finish and I finish in style. I am relentless when it comes to perfecting my businesses and brand. My expectations of my self and what I bring to the table are always most important.
What are some of the best books you’ve ever read?
Chase McAnear : Unlike most CEO’s, I don’t read. I work. I work 24/7 and I don’t have time to read really nor have an interest. May be something I need to work on.
What separates you from the rest of the Entrepreneurs?
Chase McAnear : To be honest, I don’t really like that word anymore. Everyone has tainted that verbiage for me. I call me self a Multi-CEO. What separates me is, consistency, authenticity, and the relentless work ethic I have.
Where do you see yourself and your product in a couple years? What’s your dream?
Chase McAnear : One of the most powerful and established entities you’ve ever met. My dream is to establish a very luxurious life for my beautiful family, friends, colleagues and anyone else who’s supported me. I will be a billionaire in my 20’s and I won’t accept anything else. One way or another I will achieve this.
