Michael Walding is a businessman who started his career as a bodybuilder at the age of 19 and became a professional at 25. By the time he was 30, he was making seven figures capitalizing off the discipline he built up over years combined with the flourishing E-commerce market . Michael’s life journey in many ways prepared him for where he is now. The discipline and obsessive focus Michael acquired during his bodybuilding career helped him transition smoothly into the business world.
“That discipline and approach moved to the business world when I started looking for ways to make money online. By the age of 30, I had earned my first million dollars by starting multiple online businesses while traveling to over 30 countries making money with my phone and laptop. Michael is the oldest of three siblings who grew up in a middle-class household. He studied mass communications and media studies at Florida State University, but in many ways, what influenced his career as a businessman was his experience as a professional bodybuilder.
“As a former IFBB and WBFF professional bodybuilder I learned discipline, work ethic and sacrifice, which relates to business in almost every way.” Michael explains. “The discipline I developed over the past 10 years has helped me overcome obstacles ranging from being bullied and having no friends to being broke and turning risky investment opportunities into being able to support my parents. Fast forward, as a seven-figure earner, I can help those around me reach their full potential and realize building wealth online is more than just a dream. It’s now my reality every day and true fulfillment is helping others share that same feeling. It all starts with thinking BIG. I used to think $100k a year was a lot but once you expand your thinking you realize that the only limit is the one you place on yourself.”
Michael had always been a dreamer and a big thinker, but this led some of the people that surrounded him to feel differently about him and his opposition to the status quo.
“Once I separated myself from those people and surrounded myself with people willing to think big and take massive action, it helped me get closer to living up to my potential. Although its cliché, I fully believe you are the sum of the five people you are around the most. Choose wisely.” Michael says.
