Marko Danial and Adam Meskouri are no strangers to the online world. From a young age, the two have been fascinated with the concept of social media. We had the chance to sit down with the pair and took a dive into their motives, hopes, and plans for the news organization.
From the ages of 14 to 17, most kids live life without a care in the world. Not only do these services act as a creative escape for the younger generation, but provide opportunities for young entrepreneurs to market themselves and their businesses.
Co-founder Marko Danial, commonly referred to as Pharaoic, exemplifies what it means to be a social media entrepreneur. Founding many large niche pages, Danial amassed over 4 million total followers. With this extraordinary base, he is able to accumulate revenue through paid promotional content. But his accomplishments do not stop there, Danial is also the founder and CEO of Spzrts, a multi-faceted online entity dedicated to providing athletes with the best sports gear.
Additionally, Danial has always dreamt of becoming an engineer and is currently studying engineering in college to pursue this career. With his degree, he hopes to transform Spzrts into a bigger company. To showcase this dream, he created a technology and engineering based Instagram page, @Techineer. As of right now, the account has over 250,000 fans and is growing daily.
During our brief conversation, Danial reminisced over his seven years on social platforms.
“I’ve always been a big sports fan. Since my family moved to the U.S from Egypt, I’ve been fascinated with basketball and football’s universal languages. My biggest inspiration, Kobe Bryant, has helped me in more ways than one. Not only has he acted as my role model, but he helped jumpstart my career. My first viral video was a highlight reel of the mamba himself, and that clip put my accounts on the path that I still walk today,” said Danial.
As of right now, Danial has triumphantly achieved his original goal of social media fame. But, his next step is to motivate others to chase their dreams. Danial Co-founded “Genfluencer” as a way to give young social media stars a way to share their voice and express themselves through the power of an article. His priority is finding and highlighting the stories of young entrepreneurs and influencers.
Adam Meskouri, also a co-founder of “Genfluencer”, uses the organization as an outlet for his passion, creative speaking. Similarly to his partner, Meskouri amasses over 2 million followers across his niche Instagram pages. Because of his love for public speaking, writing, and constructive conversation, he uses social media to voice his opinions. He also runs a technology-related Instagram account that has drawn over 400,000 followers. Meskouri’s pages have grown immensely within the last few months, propelling him into the online business world. In an attempt to further harness his strong personality and abilities, he co-founded Genfluencer.
When talking to Meskouri, he noted that Instagram has been his way of connecting with the world.
“I’ve always turned to social media as a way of expression. In any situation, I’m always the loudest in the room, hence my strong interest in these platforms. When I realized that my accounts served as a way for me to communicate with millions of users, I decided to put more focus on it. Genfluencer is another way for me to share my voice with the internet,” said Meskouri.
Meskouri finds that his large media presence has had a profound impact on his personal life.
“I’m extremely talkative, and I love to converse about big ideas, even if they’re opposing beliefs to mine. Through my pages, I can put out an opinion and receive thousands of responses. Not only does it serve as a creative outlet for myself, but it helps me develop and build on my theories,” said Meskouri.
He frequently writes about topics that generally serve as unspoken standards in society. Alongside his abstract development work, Meskouri covers digital trends, technological advancements, and online events alike.
Combining their talents, Danial and Meskouri are paving way for young minds to share their journey on “Genfluencer”. The official mission statement of Genfluencer is, “The digital world is growing remarkably fast, and Genfluencer is here to keep you up to date with the latest young influencers, entrepreneurs, and trends in the making.”
The two friends are on a mission to thrust Gen Z into the spotlight and hope to increase their presence in doing so in the months to come. Through their hardwork and determination, Meskouri and Danial will undoubtedly continue to create large platforms for not only themselves, but for other young and gifted entrepreneurs. Their creation of “Genfluencer” is only the beginning.
