On Friday, Apple said that a confirmed AirPods sounding issue would be replaced following the program’s verification eligibility.
According to its published post in the servicing program, an affected AirPods Pro may exhibit crackling or static sounds that increase in loud environments and active Noise Cancellation not working as expected. The authorized service provider will serve it free of charge.
It was mentioned that only “a small percentage of AirPods Pro might experience sound issues” in devices manufactured before October this year. It includes using the product during exercises, talking on the phone, sudden loss of bass amplification, and increased background noises, such as streets or airplane static.
“Your AirPods Pro will be examined prior to any service to verify that they are eligible for this program. AirPods Pro (left, right, or both) with a confirmed issue will be replaced. The AirPods Pro case is not affected and will not be replaced.”

Owners with the defective product could contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider, make an appointment at Apple Retail Store, or contact Apple Support. No other models are part of the replacement service.
Also, this worldwide replacement program doesn’t extend the official warranty coverage of the AirPods Pro. The memoranda incorporated affected AirPods Pro for two years following the initial retail sale of the product.
Meanwhile, Apple’s video creation app called Clips introduces its most significant update with requested features that make it convenient for users to pick up an iPhone or iPad and start creating fun, multi-clip videos.
“Since its introduction, Clips has become one of the most popular iOS video creation apps, and millions of projects are made every day with it. Users love how easy it is to create fun, expressive videos for sharing with friends, family, and classmates with just a few taps on their iPhone or iPad screens.”
Susan Prescott, Vice president of Apple’s Product Marketing.
According to Apple Newsroom, the update is featured with a streamlined interface that creates a fresh effect and a redesigned record screen, text labels, and stickers for customization. It includes vertical and horizontal capture, where users could utilize in recording and editing landscape orientation.
With HDR video captures and fun new effects, users would create Clips videos with a more enhanced disposition and polish the results.
