Being an immigrant daughter presents its own set of unique challenges. Still, Christine Mendoza was able to RISE above and turn the cards that she was dealt with into the winning hand. Mastering Negotiation and Leveraging Relationships
Relationships are powerful tools that you can use for exponential growth. Christine learned this early in life. It was through relationships that she learned how to handle expectations, forgiveness, growth, and the amazing results of networking. She was able to help dozens of women become successful and also create stability in her life, travel, lead a team of people in several businesses, and even retire her parents. For Christine, relationships have had a deep impact on her life. They have made her grow into the wise, strong, and tenacious woman she is today.
A master of negotiation, Christine Mendoza has been able to catapult her way to success on her own. She never relied on anyone to negotiate her own contracts in the modeling world and still she was always able to obtain fair rates for her time and service. Same goes for all of her other ventures. She expertly navigated her way in a world dominated by businessmen and has owned several businesses including two bars, her own Webcam site, and a cannabis dispensary.
Making It Despite All Odds
Having been in the modeling industry for almost two decades, Christine saw the destruction and downfall of many models who had taken the industry by storm before her. She also saw the dark side of modeling, where women would stoop so low and compromise on their integrity just to get to the top. Instead of taking the same road, Christine chose to be independent and fight her way up the social and business ladder with dignity.. That is how she was able to make herself into a boss at a very tender age. . When Christine became a mother she was still able to manage multiple businesses on her own without any help. Even while she was pregnant and unable to work as a model, she was able to live off of the savings that she had built. She lived frugally and that mindset and lifestyle afforded her the ability to keep her stability and success in the long run.
Christine Mendoza’s Place in the World
Asked what she wants to do in the world, Christine says, “I want to teach women how to do what I did, in their own life. I want to teach women how to become their own boss, and the necessary steps they need to take to become an entrepreneur.” Christine Mendoza does not believe in excuses or that there is not enough time to fulfill your goals.
She is now focusing her efforts on her newest business venture: Face & Bawdy. She coaches and consults women from all walks of life to feel empowered in their own skin and clarify their vision of success. Her coaching approach is based on building strong foundations of self-care, self-acceptance, and self-esteem all the while providing valuable tools to achieve success at all levels of your life.
