Risk tolerance is the name of the game in the entrepreneurship space. Being able to pursue a venture with no fear of failure is a common trait amongst successful entrepreneurs, and it’s something Jared Sanborn has always possessed over his 16+ years of experience. Jared believes that failure is the only way to learn in business, and he loves facing and overcoming the challenges that are associated with being an entrepreneur.
Who He Is
Jared Sanborn has founded and owned 5 previous companies, raised nearly $2 million in Series-A Investment for a previous tech startup, and has worked in virtually every executive role that exists through ownership or involvement in start-ups.
He has an incredibly diverse set of skill sets, from marketing and R&D to operations management and leadership. Oh, and a little bit of everything else in between. He’s spent years reading countless books and studying others, so he knows that companies without a “why” will never be able to reach their maximum potential. This is why he founded all of his ventures with a distinct purpose and end goal in mind and the results have spoken for themselves.
What He’s Currently Working On
At the moment, Jared is the founder and Chairman of Eyefuel PR. Eyefuel PR is a full-service marketing agency, offering various marketing services like SEO, press, social media management, ad campaigns, and lead generation. With such a diverse set of services, Jared has become incredibly skilled at all facets of marketing for companies and personal brands.
Outside of Eyefuel PR, he is putting in 14 hour work days towards his new startup, Pure Technology, Inc. The company is still in its early stages and is largely a secret, but it’s set to disrupt the AI, big data, and consumer electronics industries for good. Jared’s already over halfway through a $1 million round of funding that in all likelihood will oversubscribe, and has his sights set on breaking ground in the next 30 days.
His Inspiration
Jared feels that he didn’t start entrepreneurship, rather he was born to be an entrepreneur. He’s never fit the status quo or the “norm” of the people around him, and he’s become comfortable with not fitting in with most people. Most people don’t share his vision or his drive, as he wakes up each and every day with a desire to make the world a better place.
Not only is he addicted to the rush and the freedoms associated with entrepreneurship, but he is also driven by a desire to provide for his family and show his daughter that she’s capable of accomplishing anything in her life. With so much inspiration to draw from, Jared will be operating at the highest levels for years to come.
