The Man Behind Rosemont Partners
In 2016, the idea for Rosemont Partners was brought to life, and the company was simply born from Bowers’ professional experience within the corporate services and trustee industry. Jason foresaw a good future with the on-boarding of a client within the first month of operations with whom Rosemont Partners still works closely today. The company that is now Rosemont Partners, changed its name as part of a management buy-out in April 2020; it has four offices located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and the Virgin Islands. Their multilingual team of experienced and expert professionals is trained to help families and businesses around the globe prosper and plan for the future. Jason’s elite team of highly trusted professionals have helped design, implement, and administer family trusts, foundations, and other legal structures, delivering robust estate and succession planning solutions every family deserves to have in place!
Jason Bowers & Entrepreneurship
Emotional intelligence and self-awareness are what Bowers believes to be the core competency of his values, and with his greatest role model being his grandfather, he observed all the core principles of how a man should conduct himself in terms of family, business, and health. His entrepreneurial superpower is successfully understanding what people want, which in turn has a positive influence on all areas of your business. The best entrepreneurial advice Jason would like to give someone starting a new business venture is to “Be ready to outwork everyone around you. If that is not you, then do not expect to be a successful entrepreneur.” – Jason Bowers
A book every entrepreneur must read is, Dragons Den, Success from Pitch to Profit, this book was significant to Bowers, as it was his first influence of self-employment, and the first realization and of deep desire that he wanted to be a successful entrepreneur thereafter. He shared some of the biggest lessons he has learned thus far as an entrepreneur; after a valued team member left, and he failed to provide a framework whereby that team member could have happily stayed, he felt it was important to make a change. A valuable lesson learned the hard way, that must be extended to every company, was that the people within your business are the most valuable asset of the business, and you must be pro-active and not reactive to their needs. Implementing a plan is of utmost importance for keeping a positive workplace environment and keeping your most valued team members feel valued. Luckily Jason has been incredibly successful at building his team since then and feels that it is of utmost importance to build a team and business with a high-value culture where every individual wants to come to work every day and continue to grow as individuals and also as a business.
What is the number one thing an entrepreneur should focus on? Bowers’ number one focus is Growth. A great idea, product, service, culture, or team is all irrelevant unless you have a proven concept, and the only way to do that is to generate revenue and growth. All of the other important things will follow.
The Future of Rosemont Partners & Jason Bowers
Currently, Rosemont Powers is working on developing the KSA market entry services solution. As 2021, came to an end, the past milestones have been aplenty; however, the future looks even brighter for the Rosemont Partners’ entrepreneur, as he just opened the doors to a new business venture. Rosemont Partners’ just launched a real estate arm called Rosemont Partners Real Estate. It will be a small boutique luxury agency for its private clients, and it will be headquartered in Dubai just like Rosemont Partners. With the past success that Jason and his team has seen thus far, it is no wonder one would be surprised that Bowers’ and his team have done little to no formal or creative advertising, and has relied mostly on organic growth via existing clients’ word of mouth and referrals via professional intermediaries.
Moving into 2022 and years to come, the goal of the company is to continue to develop an exceptional internal team culture that makes them unique, disruptive, and the market leaders of the high-end corporate service providers space. Eventually, they have aspirations of branching into Asia and other territories where they are currently not physically present. They also hope to continue to stand out from their competitors by providing an overall client experience approach, aligned with diverse service offerings, making them unique in their market space. Jason’s dream for Rosemont Partners is to successfully develop further business concepts and solution-based models across various industries and simultaneously build disruptive, innovative, and talented teams of people.
Jason’s advice for a newbie or anyone in his industry would be,
“A word I came up with which became our internal policy in the early days of the business was ‘SYNFIOL’ – Say Yes Now Figure it Out Later. In other words, never dismiss a client mandate straight off the bat. You can commit to ‘looking into it for them without promising you can deliver and ultimately give yourself every chance to win the business if you feel you can deliver a solution.”-Jason Bowers
