Rapper and singer MonClaire is one of the industry’s biggest up and coming hip-hop and pop artists. Having performed with the likes of Riff Raff, Kirko Bangz, and Trill Sammy, an album titled “Substance” on Apple Music and Spotify, and ten unreleased singles that will be releasing in 2019 and 2020, MonClaire is set to take the hip-hop and pop worlds by storm.
Originally from New York, MonClaire has always had a deep love for music from both the recording, and production side. He is an independent artist that invests in himself by focusing on marketing himself, just as much as making music.
MonClaire’s motivation has always stemmed from the love that he has for music.
“I feel like I am in my own world when writing/recording. It’s the greatest feeling in the world,” he shares.
He has now been making music for over five years, and is just starting.
His goal is to become the biggest artist in the world, and be able to spread his message to the masses. He wants to inspire others and show everyone that you can do anything you put your mind to.
“Never give up and keep going, nothing great comes easy. If you put a massive amount of energy time and resources into something you love, it will work out. No matter how many times you get knocked down you must get back up,” he states.
For MonClaire, music has always been the easiest part, marketing himself has proved to be the real challenge. This is where mindset comes to play for him.
“If you don’t have the mindset of being an entrepreneur you will never succeed. Everything around us started off as an idea in someone’s head. They just made it a reality,” he says.
The biggest obstacle he has had to overcome so far is losing friends on the path to success.
“When you change your mindset you grow. If people around you aren’t willing to grow with you, you must leave them behind. That was hard for me,” he emphasizes.
MonClaire isn’t ready to let anything stand in his way to success. For him, the most important things are to be able to be happy and find pure joy in his life, while having the means to support himself and loved ones. Having financial freedom, all while doing what he loves most, is his true definition of success.

And if that wasn’t enough of motivation, MonClaire also doesn’t believe in competition.
“Why would I compete with others in a space that everyone is trying to do the same thing when I can dominate in a lane that no one is in. No artist in the world can rap and sing like me on the beats that I put vocals on,” he confidently says.
MonClaire has proved that he is ready to take on the hip-hop and pop world by bringing in something that no one else has, and that is himself. Through extremely hard work, consistency, along with perfecting his craft, he has proved that he is a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
