What are you working on? How did you come up with this idea?
Nicholas Bayerle: Right now I’m working on building out the lifestyle brand of The Billion Dollar Body, called The Billion Dollar Brotherhood. I came up with for this aspect of The Billion Dollar Body company after living out some tough years. I had gained 60 pounds, graduated high school with a 1.08 GPA, didn’t have a girlfriend for 7 years. I was lacking in every area, from health, finances, to relationships. The root of the problem was that I lacking confidence to live out my destiny. As a result of the obstacles that I faced and surmounted I decided to create the ultimate solution, The Billion Dollar Brotherhood, the #1 resources for men who want to be successful in all areas of their lives.

We are here to serve them, be that in landing them some podcast interviews, to helping them grow in their relationships and find their dream woman. How do you creatively advertise?
Nicholas Bayerle: We often advertise through speaking at events and on virtual summits, as well as through podcasts, tv, organic social media marketing, paid social media advertisement and event sponsorships.
What were your biggest failure and biggest success?
Nicholas Bayerle: The biggest failure came after my wife and I had dedicated a year to building our business only to see the company completely flop. We had been away on a trip for two weeks and I received notice that we were going to lose our townhouse and end up homeless. It was a tough time for us, getting back to ground zero. My biggest success came after years of struggling with a huge lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, depression, lack of motivation. That success came in transforming myself, finding my purpose, my passion and inevitability renewing my confidence. The way I see it is that money is great, but even a lucky person on a lucky day can win the lottery and get money, but you can’t accidentally transform a person it take intention and a passion to see people grow and succeed.
What did you learn from you success and failures?
Nicholas Bayerle: From my failures, I learned not to do it again and that the results that you create have a lot to do with the people you surround yourself with. If you surround yourself with people who are only giving 50% of themselves, who are living well within their comfort zone, who aren’t taking any risks to grow in every area, it will be reflected in your life. Success taught me that if you transform yourself on the inside the world around you will transform as well because through your personal transformation you will gain a new perspective.
How did you create the life that you live?
Nicholas Bayerle: By surrounding myself with people who were giving 100% of themselves, 100% of the time. Finding people who were the best in things I wanted to be the best at and getting to know them. I would find out where they were hanging out, who they hung out with and would be at those places in order to get myself an introduction and then gain mentors out of those meetings. That’s half of the struggle for people, showing up. But when you show up, that’s when things happen, that’s when you build those life changing relationships. That’s what I’m creating with The Billion Dollar Brotherhood, a place where men can come to create those relationships, a platform that offers all of the resources they need in any given area.
Give the readers the best entrepreneurship advice you have.
Nicholas Bayerle: The best entrepreneurship advice I have is do whatever it takes to get clear on what you want out of life, surround yourself with the people and mentors that are already living that out and are further ahead than you.
What’s something new you’ve learned in the past month?
Nicholas Bayerle: In the last month I’ve learned whatever investment you want other people to make you have to first make yourself.
What do you think you do better than most people?
Nicholas Bayerle: Listening, because solving the the wrong problem isn’t solving the problem at all.
What should an entrepreneur focus on?
Nicholas Bayerle: It really depends on where you are at but I would say an entrepreneur should focus on being the worst person in the room out of the people they hang out with.
What are some of the best books you’ve ever read?
Nicholas Bayerle: The Bible, No More Mister Nice Guy, Think and Grow Rich.
Where do you see yourself and your product in Five years?
Nicholas Bayerle: In five years we will be the leading example for successful men in all english speaking countries, the men who partner with us will be prospering in health, business and relationships.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Nicholas!
