Future Sharks may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time. Outstanding balances over $50 will be paid upon program termination. Balances earned through violations will be forfeited.


Limitation of liability

Future Sharks is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the referral fees paid to you in the preceding 12 months.


Arbitration

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under AAA rules, except where Future Sharks seeks injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. The arbitrator’s decision is binding and may be entered as a court judgment.


Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
