Future Sharks LLC (“Future Sharks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FutureSharks.com and a network of affiliated publications including SoInfluential.com and AuthorityDaily.com (collectively, “the Sites”). These Terms apply to all users, contributors, and affiliates.
Contributor agreement
By posting content on any of the Sites, you agree to the following:
- You grant Future Sharks the exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to publish, syndicate, and distribute your content in any language and on any medium, now or in the future.
- You grant us the right to use your name, likeness, photos, and company logo in connection with published content.
- You warrant that your content is original, not published elsewhere, factually accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate anyone’s privacy.
- Violations may result in account termination and content removal without refund. All sales are final.
- You agree to cooperate in the defense of any legal action arising from your published content.
- Future Sharks reserves the right to edit or remove any content at any time for any reason, including to meet our publishing standards.
- We make no guarantee that content will remain live, crawlable, or available for any specific period of time.

Information on the Sites is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, adequacy, or reliability of any content. Use of the Sites is at your own risk. Under no circumstance shall Future Sharks be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on information found on the Sites.

The Sites may link to third-party websites. We do not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of third-party content or transactions.
Affiliate disclosure
The Sites contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. Our affiliate partners have included CJ Affiliate, Clickbank, ShareASale, Awin, and others.
Affiliate program
Account terms
- You must be 18 or older to participate.
- One account per person or legal entity. Shared logins are not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security. Future Sharks is not liable for losses from security failures.
- Affiliate accounts may not be used to earn commissions on your own Future Sharks purchases.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and all anti-spam regulations.
Commissions
- Commissions are earned only on purchases tracked through properly formatted Special Links.
- Payouts begin once earnings exceed $50. Accounts that never cross this threshold will not be paid.
- Future Sharks reserves the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent or abusive practices.
- Payments are issued monthly for balances over $50.
Conduct
- You may not issue press releases about your participation in the program.
- You may not misrepresent your relationship with Future Sharks or claim to be part of its editorial team.
- You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links.
Termination
Future Sharks may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time. Outstanding balances over $50 will be paid upon program termination. Balances earned through violations will be forfeited.
Limitation of liability
Future Sharks is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the referral fees paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
Arbitration
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under AAA rules, except where Future Sharks seeks injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. The arbitrator’s decision is binding and may be entered as a court judgment.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
