Youssef Amir, a successful fitness expert and massage therapist, talks about how his business helps others achieve the same goals he achieved when he initially started his fitness journey.
After constantly battling with health issues and compromised movement due to his slouched position, Youssef decided to take the long-awaited decision that eventually changed his life for the better. He enrolled himself in a gym and hired a personal trainer to overcome his postural issues. Mostafa, his coach, had such a deep impact on Youssef that the massage therapist decided to impart his gained knowledge amongst the masses.
Over the years, Amir has worked with thousands of people in the States as well as across the globe as a personal trainer. He also founded a company named Udefy, through which he helps people by giving them the tools they need to learn about their own body, bring it into alignment, and also build joint resiliency, all the while getting stronger and healthier. Youssef’s personal training business offers clients with movement assessments, personal training sessions as well as massage therapy services.
“We offer different programs that harmoniously match the person’s lifestyle and fitness goals. We reach people all around the world, and that’s what I love about the internet. It has given me the platforms to reach people all around the world and help make a difference in their life,” explains Youssef.
Youssef believes in constantly learning and growing, as knowledge is available in so many different forms in this age and time. He makes sure to learn as much as he can from world-class leaders in the industry and his own personal coach.
“I am also always open to new ideas, and I’m always on top of new research so I could better serve my people. Day by day try to be a better person than the day before. This adds up along the way and leads to greatness,” says Youssef.
