Background
Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur?
Jose Andres: I always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Before I had my license I had flipped multiple cars for a profit! It was such a rush making money work for me at a young age. But when I had turned 18 I did what I thought my parents wanted me to go and get a J.O.B.
However I quickly realized I had trouble with Authority. Someone telling me when I could take vacation with family or when I had to be in or when I could leave was a huge problem with me. I decided to become an entrepreneur for time and financial Freedom once I got a glimpse into the corporate world.
Who were your biggest influences? Was there a defining moment in your life?
Jose Andres: I would say there was many influences in my life good and bad. I was hanging out with the wrong group of people going down the wrong path leading straight to self destruction when I was 17 years old. That’s when I had a life altering moment and a victim of a gunshot wound to my stomach.
After fighting multiple major surgeries in the upcoming months I knew If I didn’t make a change I wouldn’t achieve the things I knew I could.
That’s when I got my first job and realized how much I disliked the concept. That act of God changing my life had to be the biggest influence for me to get my life on track and go for everything life had to offered.
Now
What are you working on? How did you come up with this idea?
Jose Andres: Currently I am a Full Time Real Estate Investor specializing in helping people with Real Estate Challenges such as behind on payments foreclosure fixers etc and I always help and mentor people looking to get in Real Estate Investing.. We currently have 3 projects going on at this moment and things are really cranking along!
We got into Real Estate I believe just from over the years. I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad at a very young age and real estate was always in the back of mind. I was always fascinated with HGTV shows of flipping houses. And more than 75% of millionaires are created through Real Estate. Truly building wealth with Residual income was extremely appealing and that’s when I knew.
How is your product/service different and unique? What’s the vision?
Jose Andres: Our service is unique in the fact that we give distressed homeowners guidance. We give them solutions especially when they feel they have exhausted all options.
As far as mentoring and helping people getting started in Real Estate it’s so rewarding getting somebody into their first real estate transaction or helping them get a property with no money down!
Bringing value into others life is the vision! My goal is to create 15, 6 figure earners within the next few years!!
Who are your customers? How do you find them?
Jose Andres: My customers are distressed homeowners and landlords. I find a lot by referrals and marketing efforts such as Road Signs, door to door flyers and what I like to call the 3 foot rule. Which is telling everyone within 3 ft of you what you do.
Did you experience failure along the way? What did you learn from it?
Jose Andres: I have failed over and over and over again and that’s why I will succeed. Failure is apart of the process. But only if you learn from it and move on and keep going. I fell on my face so many times my first couple years in the game. But from each experience I became a better entrepreneur.
