1. How did Zoetic start ?(tell us a little bit about yourselves also)
Zoetic started when Skyler and I got tired of people being weird even when we were some of the top producers at our companies. With one company I even got fired even though I had the highest sales numbers for the month. We were like “let’s stop leaving it up to everyone else and go do our own thing.”
2. What was your biggest failure and how did you overcome it ?
Probably the biggest “failure” (lesson) was when we fired our main sales manager and ultimately ended up losing almost our entire sales force. I learned a lot about myself and other people. We took some time after the experience to get clear on what had happened and what we wanted and then we set out to do it better and to find the right people rather than the convenient ones.
3. What are your top 3 lessons you learned from running your own company ?
Patience, Stress management, leadership.
4. What is your legacy ?
My legacy is to leave people better than I found them whether that’s my customer, sales rep, company, or my planet.
