His business has grown by an astounding 700%. Brandon now has over fifteen employees and is getting steady landscaping jobs, some totaling over $300,000.
Adjusting one’s mindset as an entrepreneur is what will determine the trajectory and success of their business. When being asked the importance of mindset when starting your own business, Brandon Heitmann replied with “Mindset is the most important thing. It’s the only thing that will get you through the hardships and obstacles that come with entrepreneurship.” An entrepreneurs perception of fear and success is also crucial to the outcome. To Brandon, fear means nothing. It’s just a word. Fear is not a factor that Brandon even takes into consideration because he has such drive and determination towards his goals he will let nothing get in the way of that.
Success to Brandon Heitmann means everything and he will do whatever it takes to get there. Since he was a young kid, Brandon had always wanted to be his own boss and have his own company and he made those dreams into a reality. He started out with very little, and has worked countless hours building and scaling his business to make it what it is today. Brandon knows the reality of hard work and the determination mind set it takes to get what you really want.
For Brandon, he started his own business when he was 18 years old and had the realization that college was not for him.
