What’s your backstory?
I built a mortgage company from 6 people to 250+ employees and 10 offices before things crashed in 2008. The loss of my mortgage company took everything I owned including my self-esteem and self-worth along with it.
I knew I wanted to create my “entrepreneurial dream” and began a mission that would end up taking me a decade to complete. I spent 10,000+ hours and invested over $200,000 while I built 50+ brands that built all of my skills and character before discovering myself along the journey.

‘Can you tell me the story of your prior successes, challenges, and major responsibilities?’
I was voted the Portland Business Journal’s top 40 under 40 entrepreneurs in 2006 and ran our mortgage companies marketing systems before starting my entrepreneurial journey on my own in 2008. I helped grow the mortgage company with my partners from 6 people to 10 offices and 250+ employees.
I created over 50+ brands between 2010 – 2015 before starting my own agency which involves mentorship, coaching, strategy, design and community.
Major challenges were doing it all alone with a wrecked mindset, spending 200k on books, courses, events and seminars before it all worked for me.
‘Can you tell me about a time when you almost gave up, how you felt about that, and what you did instead of giving up?’
Yes, I was at the brink of giving up. My relationship was starting to have issues, my money wasn’t anywhere to be found and I was working 24/7/365. I read a book that made me realize I had massive internal mindset issues that needed to be fixed before my business would actually work. I asked for help from two people and flew 8917 miles to Phuket Thailand to get the help I needed with my mind and also copywriting, marketing and advertising.
Realizing the issue was within me, asking for help and receiving help changed the game for me and I made everything over with my business and life in less than a year.
