Tell us about The Armory, Accelerator, and Combat Business Mastermind. How did you come up with this idea?
Paul Halme: We came up with 3 levels to help our clients. Armory is systems and basic training videos to help them grow their school. Accelerator is designed to get out clients to 20K per month and is a monthly coaching program. Mastermind is for those doing over 20K per month and looking to scale up.
How did you promote your company in the early days?
Paul Halme: Facebook and email. Lots of organic content.
How have you been able to grow your business? Go specific.
Paul Halme: Built a solid organic content base and then ramped it up with paid facebook and Instagram. Now ramping up YouTube organic and paid. Internet marketing has been key!
What are some secrets to virality/sales in your most successful platform (Fb, Twitter, IG, Snap, Ecommerce, etc)?
Paul Halme: Knowing my avatar. Dial in on my market and then focus my message. When I get something that is working I put money behind it. The next level is creating custom lookalike audiences to keep growing.
Teach us about Compound Marketing
Paul Halme: Compound Marketing. Spend most of your time on going deep with your Market and your Message, then you can use ANY media. Set this foundation and then compound it with paid content. The secret is to put your awareness video in front of as many potential clients as possible. Then we retarget them with another ad add to a low barrier offer. The final step is to retarget the page visits with a relevant testimonial driving them to a sales page. You waste so much money asking them to marry you on the first date, they need to be romanced!
What do you think you do better than most people? How are you able to do it?
Paul Halme: Getting things done. I am able to focus on my tasks and get more done in a day than most get done in a week. Brain dump and systems. I really focus on making Mondays fun and my plan is to get a weeks worth of work done on Monday!

Paul Halme: Relentless, Crush It, The Compound Effect, Scientific Advertising, Breakthrough Advertising, Mans Search for Meaning, Lead the Field and Do the work. I love books.
Why do you do what you do?
Paul Halme: For me it’s a passion. I found a better way to run a school and have a life. Too many people are stuck on the BS Grind… Set your school up like a real profitable business and go enjoy life. The journey will be way better than the destination.
Where do you see yourself and your product in a couple years? What’s your dream?
Paul Halme: With 1,000 Tribe members who’s lives I have changed. Hosting fun adventure business retreats in awesome places.
