When it comes to LA real estate there is one name that many people think of, that name is Armin Missaghi. Missaghi is the founder of LA Design Build which is a Southern California based design build company fueled by innovation. Missaghi is the type of business owner who shows relaxed confidence because he believes in his companies abilities. Time and time again he has proven his timeless and unique design skills all while delivering it in an incredible delivery time.
Armin actually moved to the U.S. at the age of 18. His situation was difficult because he had limited education so he had limited opportunities in the U.S.. One of his first jobs was in retail. He constantly struggled to make sales but he always tried his best which caught the attention of his boss. His boss encouraged him to study sales and learn the way people think and operate so he would be able to close more deals.
It only took him 4 years of being in another country to be able to buy himself a home. It wasn’t perfect and he had some issues with the bathroom so he decided to renovate it himself. Missaghi has a pretty short attention span and goes crazy when a task takes more than a few days to accomplish. He does not like to waste any time.
After he was done renovating that house he learned a lot and went on to sell the house and he quickly realized that he wanted to continue on that path. That is when he decided to get into the real estate space. He received his builders and realtors license in the same year and founded LA Design Build in 2003.
After the market collapsed in 2008, Missaghi decided to change up his business strategy and he teamed up with investors to work on larger scale projects. Missaghi states that “Custom builds are our specialty and my favorite. We transform the seemingly ordinary spaces into an unimaginable experience from the moment you step into the door”. Missaghi takes notice to the little details and does it in a very timely manner.
He also said that he wishes he had held on to some of his past properties he has sold because he believes that he should have rented them out. Before a potential buyer even walks in the house Missaghi has made sure that he has gone over every single corner to make sure it’s a lovely experience for anyone who wishes to purchase the space.
When Missaghi first started his business he built his companies portfolio from 2 house to 29 houses in just a few years. He has a true passion for real estate which is why he was able to reach a great number of listings under his name.
Now, Missaghi has over 16 years of experience in real estate and LA Build Design has some very high profile clients. They are setting the bar when it comes to the quality, price, and delivery time of a project.
